The sensor used is GUVA-S12SD. Very simple to use sensor. Power and an analog output. I installed it in Station2, the south side of the apartment. Many hours of sun, but the shades make it impossible to catch sun light for more that a couple of hours in the morning.

I placed the sensor outside of the case with some long cables trying to have some direct sun exposure.

Expect some hours in the morning, the rest of the day it does not have direct sun expose, and the measurement it gives is practically zero. This observations keeps me back from trying to solar power the station. I can’t find any suitable place to mount a solar panel.
A summer day that we had to drive to someplace, I made a simple circuit with the sensor, ESP32 and a screen to see the measurements and placed on the car’s dashboard. After some time traveling in the sun I got frustrated because it was measuring almost zero even in direct sun light. I opened the window and hold it outsize the car and the measurement was high. And then it hit me. Car glass filters UV radiation.
