Materials arrived and I de-soldered the board and build it on a fresh perf board.
I used female headers for the ESP32 and the BMP. Terminals to connect the UTP cable coming from anemometer box. The board feels much cleaner now.
Also I used raisers and 2.5mm screws to mount the board on the back of the case.
I will eventually build the case soon.
